We process the personal data you provide when you use the site, contact us via the contact form, wish to receive commercial communications or take part in our surveys. Data may be transmitted to Meta and — if you are logged in there — associated with your account. Transfer to the USA is possible (EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses). Your choice and how to withdraw it. Your selection is stored only in your browser (localStorage entry kubo_consent, valid for 12 months) — not on our servers. You can change or withdraw it at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal takes effect from that moment; it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. If you clear your browser storage, we will ask you again on your next visit.

(USA) — website hosting and form intake; server log data including your IP address is processed. · Supabase — the database of our CRM, where enquiries from the forms are stored. · Resend — sending the automatic offer and confirmation emails. · Google Ireland Limited — our email mailbox (Google Workspace) used to correspond with you, and Google Analytics if you have consented. · Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — the Meta Pixel, if you have consented.
Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with these providers. Where a provider processes data in the USA, the transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.
Beyond this, we disclose data only where we are legally obliged to do so or where a competent authority or court orders it. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with our internal retention procedures. For customers, data is kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, plus a minimum of 3 years after it ends (legal limitation period). Some data may be kept longer for legal archiving purposes.
